hintuition
Early access

Tell your users what matters, right inside your product

Announcements, onboarding nudges, trial reminders, incident notices — written, targeted and published without shipping a release, then shown to your own users through one script tag. Where a feedback tool listens, hintuition tells.

Free while we build it. Your end users are never metered.

What it does

Author it, target it, and it shows up in your app

The whole path works end to end — nothing here is a preview.

Five ways to say it
A modal when it can't wait, a slideout when it can, a banner for status and maintenance, a tooltip beside one control, or a hotspot that waits to be noticed. One message, one experience — you pick the surface.
Flows that span pages
Add a second step and an experience becomes a walkthrough. Give each step its own page, and someone who finishes step one on /dashboard picks up step two when they reach /exports — resuming where they left off, never dragged there.
Point at an element by clicking it
Open a page of your own app, click the control, and a tooltip or hotspot is anchored to it. We tell you in plain words what we chose and whether it will survive your next redesign. No browser extension — the snippet you already installed does the work.
Targeted, and never naggy
Limit an experience to a section of your app by URL, and to the right people by the traits your app already knows. Then decide how often it comes back — and dismissing can mean never again, the setting most tools in this category quietly omit.

Getting it live

One script tag. No build step, no redeploys.

Paste it in once. Publishing a new experience never touches your code again.

Drop-in snippet
One <script async> tag with your workspace slug. It follows client-side navigation, so an experience scoped to /settings appears when someone routes there, not only on a hard reload.
No CSP concession
Allowlist the hintuition origin and you’re done — tooltips and hotspots included. You will never be asked to add unsafe-inline. Verified in Chrome, Firefox and Safari, with a test that fails if that ever changes.
Fails invisibly
If our API is slow or unreachable, the widget renders nothing and adds no console errors — your app carries on as if it weren't installed. Delivery is best-effort by design; keep email for anything that legally has to arrive.

Priced per workspace. End users never counted.

Every other tool in this category meters monthly active users — the number you can’t predict and can’t cap. hintuition doesn’t. Free covers three published experiences; paid plans are unlimited. Drafts and archived experiences never count, so you only pay for what’s live.

Still to come: checklists as their own surface, plus goals and per-step analytics beyond the impression, dismissal and click figures you get today. We’d rather list them than have you find them missing.
